These two videos are similar, and provide an overview of HTM and associated topics by Numenta’s founder, Jeff Hawkins. The talks have slightly different emphasis (for instance, the first video has more details on SDRs). At the time of BAMI 0.4 release, we are currently rethinking the role of hierarchy and the connections between the various layers of the neocortex, so the comments on these subjects in the videos are out of date.
