HTM Studio - Troubleshooting Tips on Windows
Dialog Popup Prior to Installation
Depending on your security settings, you may see a dialog box prior to installation asking if you trust the developer.
If HTM Studio fails to install, this could be because your antivirus is blocking the installation process. This problem is not specific to HTM Studio. To troubleshoot, try the following:
Disable your antivirus. For tips on how to do this, click here.
Install HTM Studio again
Once HTM Studio installation is complete, enable your antivirus
